It was a delightful privilege for four of our Street Pastor Scotland team to be invited to His Majesty The King’s Garden Party at the Palace of Holyroodhouse last week. Ian and Gordon from Moray Street and School Pastors attended, and Cheryl and Roy also attended from Paisley Street Pastors. They had a wonderful time. Gordon says, “We had loads of conversations and so many people wanted to talk to us. One of those included an officer from of the Royal Company of Archers, who was very interested in the work of Street Pastors.”
The team had lots of good conversations, and many people wanted to thank them for the work that all Street Pastors do, to listen care and help. Gordon and Ian even got to briefly meet the King, which was amazing!
