Our Perth Street and School Pastor initiative was delighted to welcome three new members to their team — two School Pastors and one Street Pastor.
Susie, pictured on the left, will be joining our School Pastor team in Perth, Jim will be serving as a School Pastor in Auchterarder, and Jenni will be joining us on the streets of Perth as a Street Pastor.
The three were commissioned at a special service in the John Knox Chapel in St John’s Kirk in Perth by Chris Jewell, CEO of Ascension Trust Scotland which oversees Street, Rail and School Pastors across Scotland. Chris said ‘I was delighted to be able to commission three new Pastors in Perth and look forward to supporting them and our Perth initiative as they continue to listen, care and help across the Perth community.
A big thank you to everyone who came along this evening to support them and share in this special occasion.’
